Gorgeous sunset over a bustling Marrakech market.

Ever since I studied abroad in Spain – way back in 2011 – I’ve always wanted to go to Morocco. This year, we finally made the trip!

Whoops! Got a little bit distracted by life. But I’m back, with regularly (ish) scheduled posts to follow, including a series on Marrakesh, Lisbon, and the 14 hour train ride, cross-continent ferry ride and 2 separate, cross-country car rides in between. It was a masterpiece in travel planning.* Thanks for stopping by!

*I’m exaggerating but I’m also not.

P.S. New to The Traveling Doughnut? Hi! Let’s be friends. Read a little bit more about me here!
